2:16 a.m.
It's 2:16am and i am awake even though i thought i'd be asleep considering how weak and wiped out i felt all day at work. adding insomnia …
I'm 27 and was diagnosed with endo (not sure the stage as i have yet to have surgery and cant have it til i get insurance in jan. 09 thru work) i am currently on lupron, which is helping with the endo pain but given me some other pain such as joint pain and stiffness, which i assume is from the lupron, but will be asking my dr this week when i see him (its either lupus or RA). i also have a bicornuate uterus, which is where the uterus didnt form into a whole uterus instead it has two "horns" and its kinda heart shaped and i have had 3 drs tell me that having kids is too much of a risk for me or a baby as my "uteruses" are too small to go full term and would give me many complications. surgery is an option to try and fuse the two small uteruses into one whole, but its no guarantee that i will be able to get pregnant. so that is depressing for me! i also had scoliosis as a teen and had to have harrington rods placed to fix my 65 degree curve down to a 30 something curve. now i have back pain, mainly shoulders and low back. they think i've got either RA or lupus, too, so i'm on plaquenil and prednisone. it just suuuucks. msg me if you wanna talk.

I was diagnosed with endo by my doctor back in feb. after a year and half of other drs telling me i had other issues...i dont have insurance so surgery was out of the question at the moment but TAP pharms got me the lupron thru their patient assist program and i am endo pain free but now having other issues related to lupron...such as the usual hot flashes and menopause things but also bad joint pain and stiffness and unusual bruising. i bruise from the smallest little bump!!
i have endo, a bicornuate uterus, and now am dealing with arthralgia and excessive bruising, maybe from the lupron?? i just need people who also have these similar experiences to talk to and learn from.
i suffer from periodic insomnia, as in 2-3 wks out of a month i am suffering it. it sucks!! looking for help on how to fall asleep faster and stay asleep. tried everything it seems.
the doctors think i have this along with all my other problems. they are running tests to find out what it is i really have...
i was diagnosed with scoliosis when i was 12. Had spinal fusion with harrington rods when i was 15 back in '95. Had a good outcome and had no pain until about 2000 when i started having lower back pain. had some xrays and they said i had bone spurs and pre-arthritis in my lower back. after that its gotten downhill from there. sciatica problems in my right side and down my right leg. arthritis full blown in my back now. they think a pinched nerve in my upper back near my shoulder blade.
at first they thought i had fibromyalgia and now they think its RA....add this to my already large list of things to deal with.
just recently been having hbp problems, noticing it a lot these last few months. bought a home monitor and its up sometimes and down sometimes. just want to learn more about how to control it w/o meds.
i just saw an older pic of me from like four years ago and realized i've gained so much weight. i wasnt a skinny chick but i see now how skinny i was compared to now. help!
first they thought it was RA, now they think it could be lupus....so i'm fairly new to all this and just want to learn as much as i can.
i have rls and i hate it!
