     Hi all,

     Sorry it has been so long. I have been reading all your journals. I may not have commented on all of them and I may get to reading them a few days after you write them but I do read them.

     I have been very busy with this new job. Not as much actual working on the job as trying to get all my "stuff" fixed up to do it. They are coming to instal the new FIOS fiber optics cable hook up today. They buried the line from the box to the house just this morning. Now around noon or so the tech will be here to do the final hook up and set up. I needed to upgrade from DSL because the lines in this area were to bad to upgrade the DSL connection. I was constantly asking my customers to please wait while my computer did it's thing. Hopefully now it will be much faster. Should be about 10 times faster. I also wiped my hard drive on my desktop Sunday and reloaded everything. That took most of the day to get it all done. At least now it is all fresh and no little "gremlins" in the system anymore.

     Just learned yesterday at the Vets that Duke has a little heart trouble now with everything else he has. Debbie very upset. I think she thinks he is very short term now. Just a little heart trouble though. I am sure he has many months if not years left. We have had to put down two dogs though in the last few years.

     My oldest sister came to visit Saturday. First time I have seen her in a few years. She looked really good. Lost quite a bit of weight I think. Had a nice little visit with her.

     The new job is going pretty good. Very frustrating though with the internet connection. I also received a call from the Operations manager. He just wanted to let me know not to use the not ready button. I tryed to explain that I was using that to have the time after each call to think about what had just happened and to learn from it. I think he is only concerned about his statistics. I guess I can play his game though. Just do my best and if I screw up then he will just have to deal with it. Should be much better with the new contection. I took off yesterday and today. With my SSDI I can only make so much money in a month and I was getting close. I am pretty excited to get this new connection hooked up and she just how much faster things are. Sure will be upset if I don't notice much difference. We will see soon.

     I guess that is about all for now.
