     Well I just received an e-mail from a friend that I used to work with. His dad is the friend and exboss that was in bad shape in the hospital a while back that I journalled about. He wrote to say that his Dad had died Saturday around noon. Apparently had a heart attack or stroke. Fortunately he was called and was able to be with him when he passed. This man was a great man and will be sorely missed by many people. He owned and ran the local Auto Parts store in my small home town. I was the first non family member that he and his wife hired to work for them after they opened up the store. I felt sort of like a family member myself. He was always upbeat and friendly to everyone. Well I do remember him asking one guy to leave his store one day I think that surprised everyone. He always had a joke or was doing practical jokes on someone. I sure had my share of them done to me. I think my favorite was when he went to the shelfves and tried to get a part off of the top shelf. He would act like he could not reach it. Then he would get a piece of paper from the counter put in on the floor, step on it and then be able to reach the part.....LOL I still remember several of the joke he told. Do you know what a rollskinardly is.............it's a car that rolls down one hill and kin hardly make it up the next......LOL  He showed me my first "round-to-it".  It was a woodin coin that said "round-to-it" in it. He gave it to me then said now you have a round-to-it. I must have given him a quizical look because he then said, "now you can't say I'll do it when I get around to it"........LOL  He was a ver special man and even though I have not seen him in several years I will miss him because I now know that I can never see him again.

     Duke is doing OK now. He has been without his collar for several weeks now and his back to his old self.

     Not much else happining around here that I can think of. I have been doing lots of reading here on DS. I am not sure if that is the reason or not but I seem to be feeling much better the last few days. I would not go as far as saying "happy" or anything but much closer.

     The weather here is very good lately. Around the 70's in the day and 50's at night. Now this is what I moved to Florida for.  LOL

     I know some of you probably don't understand why I belong to Heathy Sex group. You probably think they are just a bunch of sex crazed people that don't know the difference between having sex and making love. Well you would be very wrong. Just check out the group and read the thread........I think it is titled.....Sex and religion. I am sure that after reading this thread you will have the opinion as I do that these people are very thoughtful and spiritual and open and honest individuals. I am sure there are probably some that are just sex freaks, but mostly they are just like you and my only maybe younger and very open and honest about what the feel and think about sex. They are very interesting people and I consider alot of them my dear friends.

     I have been doing some research and reading about people that have been incarcerated unjustly. It is very sad and astounding how many there are in prison that are really innocent. It is something that greatly bothers me. I realize just how is it would be for me to be one of them just by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe even for someone to think they saw me somewhere because I may look like someone else. I spend most of my time alone at home and would not have an alliby for my where a bouts most of the time. Very scarey.

     Well I guess that is enought for now.

     I hope all of my friends here are having a good and painfree as possible weekend.
