I’m With You
Your comment about how some people can eat things like bread and cereals really hit home for me. My sister really is a great source of support for me. She recently got down to her ideal weight (granted she was never as heavy as I am) and she did it on a low fat life style. Her suggestions, sometimes, don't fit my changes because mine is a low carb, moderately low fat, and lower calorie life style change. Some things she couldn't have I can and many of the things she could have I really cannot. You need to know your body and discover the foods that are best for you. Keeping a food journal and logging in your exercise/activities will help you find the right balance. I have found, that for me, simply looking at foods in another way helped tremendously.
