  Thank you for the hug, just know there are people out there with you, im one of them, i know sometimes its hard to stay focus when everything seems to fall apart, but that only makes it worth fighting for. We can make it through this, just takes time, just how you said tons of it lol

  You should be proud of yourself for how you handled the situation last night. I am glad you were able to get out what you did and have wanted to for so long. I remember when I finally did that to my ex, it was a milestone in my healing and something I will remember as the turning point back to me.
