I would like to hear from anyonewith rhumatoid arthritus who is in a wheelchair.

Iam trying to find out what kind of cushion you use.

I have a roho cushion and it is hard and painful under me.I would like to find a soft comfortable one.

I have found that a high quality gel chair pad works well---it's the kind of chair pad you would normally put on a wooden kitchen chair. It's about $40 per cushion to get a good one, it ties to the back of the arms on the wheelchair, and really absorbs the bumbs. The only thing I don't like is that I have to take the cushion off when I fold my wheeldhair. Otherwise though, I love it. :)
