I need to make changes in my lifestyle, I have always had a problem with my weight and never could control it. I am now in my 40's and I weigh 280lbs. I lost my sister 4 weeks ago and the stress and depression is not helping my weight. I do not have a problem with portion control my problem is I skip meals then I binge eat. Any and all help is greatly appreicated because I have a 6 yr old son and I want to see him grow up.
