Here's one of my favorites (not just peanut butter though):
PEANUT BUTTER RIBBON BARS
Filling:
3 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 cup peanut butter
l teaspoon vanilla
l/4 cup sugar
Bar:
22 1/2 oz. pkg. Deluxe Fudge Brownie Mix
1/3 cup very hot tap water
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
Glaze:
l oz (l sq.) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped; 2 teaspoons shortening.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom only of 13 x 9 inch pan. In small bowl, blend filling ingredients; beat at medium speed until smooth. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine all bar ingredients; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread half of batter in prepared pan. Drop filling by tablespoonfuls over batter. Spoon remaining batter over filling. Marble by pulling knife through batter in wide curves. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and shortening, stirring constantly. Drizzle glaze over bars. Refrigerate at least l hour; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. 36 bars.

LOL - how do you like my bathroom??? No, I restored a sink like that for my bathroom and was showing another member here - sorry!!
I was diagnosed in january of 2007 and am having a hard time understanding it. I never know what is go0ing to be working when I get out of bed. That is extremely frustrating.....! And if I think i am frustrated I don't even want to discuss what my husband thinks. My doctor is having an interesting time trying to get me normalized and is thinking of adding humira to my medicines.
I have quite the soap opera..... I found out when I was 21 that my mother was my grandmother and that my sister was my mother and that her daughter was my sister.... soap opera, i told you! I am 53 now and 5 years ago I found out that I had another sister that was given up at birth and that she is less than a year younger than me. She found me on july 4th 2003 with the aid of an investigator who gave me one of those phone calls that start out "Your sister hired me to find you.
