Aug. 01,2008 on Tuesday aug, 5, 2008 I will be getting a port so they can put in stronger chemo... 
I have tried to avoid a port just the thought of getting one makes me sick....the Dr. stated he thought it was best for me because of the toxic effect of Doxil very strong stuff it will burn my veins and anything else it can touch. Had my blood work done today and got my heart tests results back I have a very strong heart they said ... I thought but didn't say, yeah All the longer to have to torcher me. The R.N. was very nice and understanding she said until you walk in someone elses shoes you don't know what they are going through, you only think you know! God is so good....thank you Jesus for saving me..... Everyday I hope for a better day than the one before.

God bless you my friend. I am so sorry that you are having to go thru all of this. There are many positive people on DS...seek them out and get some comfort here. I can only imagine what you are going thru. I am sending love and strength to you this day.

God is good and he will take care of you..he always does. I walked in the same shoes you are walking in abd yes you do have to walk in those shoes to know what it is all about. My anniversary date is coming up. Keep on thinking ++++. I am here for you...I'll walk through this with you.
