Each day I wake and be thankful for the day
The breath that I am given, a life today
The opportunities are here, for me to chance life's day
For life is a chance gifted to me
To risk every day that I may find the beautiful way
A simple thing to play and create the day
To roll the dice and see everything as perfect and nice
To try new things and not fear life's way
The ups and downs are part of the gift
All part of the dice that make it nice
A belief in me and a belief in thee
Words are the power of life I see
Eternal we are, to get up and out and chance life's clout
A simple thing, each day I say, simply roll the dice, and live the day
