I am putting myself in pain by pushing myself to do more. All my Drs have said I have to do this to get better. I really paid for yesterday & am still paying for it today still but I have to try. I need to return to work & get my life back. I knew it would be hard but I am shocked by how little it took before my knee & back gave out. Its not helping that I am dealing with stomach issues, untreated sinus infection, poor sleep & nutrition. I know I am for the fight of my life but I need to do this.
