Hello Dennist!! I quit forever two years ago in June. I quit for 22yrs. and began having a lot of depression and started again. It was off and on for the next few yrs. I would quit several times for 7 or 8 mos. my daugh. said when you make it to awhole year I will believe you have truely quit!!I quit almost to awhole year when my husband died. Let me tell you Denny that if you could see the blood just gushing out of my husbands mouth you would never smoke again!!! It was so traumatic to see what he was going thru!! Forty three years of smoking. He said it was the dumbest thiing he ever did!! I don't like to freak people out but maybe it will make you more determined to quit!!! I sure hope so!!! I know when I quit I craved them for 13 yrs. even tho I couldn't stand the smell. just watch your thinking OK?!!Once in awhile I would get really upset when my husband ran off and gambled money we needed and I would think Just one cigg. It always just got me started back again.Just be determined to never take that first one no matter what, oK?!! Thats what I have to do too!!!I do think if I was dying I would smoke until tho. I am almost 68 and I feel why do chemo or radiation at my age!! i look forward to heaven myself!! Besides I believe my ol fart face will be there when I get to Heaven and I look forward to seeing his smiley face when he sees me coming in!!!!Hang in there when it gets tough!! I can't stand the smell either but I liked the sucking and inhaling. They sure do make them addicting anymore too!!!They put stuff in them to make them more addicting, terrible isn't it!!!! God Bless!!! June.

Never liked the smell of them! Would only stop when I thought I might be pregnant or trying. Just got fed up one day when I finally realized they didn't do a thing for me! April 17th of 1996 was my last smoke! Congradulations to a smoke free life! : )
