Just summer. and trying to get better. Have therapy three times a week to make my hip mucels stonger and keep my hips in place and off the nerves. I need to find something fun to do and the share it with you. I will work on that this week. love an d hugs.

I know about the difficulty finding fun. At one point after my tbi I couldn't fathom what "fun" even meant. Now I have found that fun doesn't have to be anything complicated at all. Let us know what fun you find this week!

Legs are being just mean. I am being cat staff, watering the speckled butter beans, doing tai chi about twice aweek, trying to just let God take care of stuff... I hate WAiting.
Smiles and love and hugs. In Exodus I cannot remember the chapter in teh Bible.. but it is where the Iseraltes are in front of the Red Sea and the Egyptions are coming after them. And the people are woo boo hoo. And God says to them DO Nothings but WAIT. God tells them to wait till he says go and which way to head. When God moved the waters back the people were not allowed to rush across just then but he told them to wait while he sent a wind to dry the land that was now exposed... other wise the people would have sunk up to their waist in muck and been stuck. Wait on the Lord to say go and then listen to where He says to go.

glad you are getting better. health is the whole thing in life. health, privacy, freedom to do as you please without asking permission, or being watched, or judged or having to report to anyone. FREEEEDOM. lol. was watching braveheart again to get down quotes. i collect quotes. and then on the john tesh show, they were going over the same kind of thing and explaining that it is abuse to be monitored and watched and belittled etc. they claim 50 percent of the people out there are victims of verbal and emotional abuse.

4th of July. Had about a day and a half of feeling several inches better... then the Pain spiked. I am Lyrica'ed up; the meds and pain are fighting it out.
