jog 10 mintues 4x a week
I plan to achieve this by: just doing it. I am starting at this small goal and I want to work up to being able to jog for 20 minutes 4x a week. 10 minutes may not seem like a lot but it is very ambitious goal for me.

Awesome Goal! There are a bunch of us who are going to walk/run 75 miles by June 5th. It is in the "Fitness and Sports" member group. It is so great to have such healthy goals and to actually achieve them. If you need any support and encouragement, you can share with our group too.
