I had been with my now ex-boyfriend for a year when he raped me in kitchen of our church while we were helping to clean up. He raped me countless times over the next year. He told me he couldn't control himself and I always said NO.

i've been a quiet mousy type most my life but i would have violent fits of anger ever since i was about eight its become worse lately and sometimes i just wanna kill someone.
Open Anxiety
i have anxiety attacks where my stomach starts to hurt and i feel sick and sometimes i start hyperventalating

- Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
- sometimes i have to breath into a paper bag or something and it calms me
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- try it but i always go back to bad thoughts
Open ADHD / ADD
i was diagnosised w/ADHD when i was a toddler, dunno if thats possible but thats what my mom told me...i'll deal w/it my whole life and i dun care b/c its part of who i am
