I am a 38 yo mother of 2 boys ages 18 and 5. My 18 yo and I are starting college 8/25/08 and my youngest son started kindergarten last week. I came to this website after I broke up with my boyfriend and was melting down.

Close Breakups & Divorce
Just broke up with my boyfriend who is living with his ex girlfriend and her husband and kids. There relationship is way too intimate and loving for me to stand. Also he hasnt lived with his wife for 2 years because she left him for her previous husband but they havent divorced yet.

Close Autism / Autism Spectrum
I have a five yo son with autism. Diagnosed at age 2. Went through intense therapies early and is entering kindergarten in August without an aid. He's awsome

- That wasn't easy. Every 2 hours and at the time he was severly sensitive to touch. I didn't see a big improvement although I was desprate to get his constipation under controll and was trying multipule techniques at once.

- Awsome!! Still use an OT. Very helpfull getting him to tolerate different textures, and other senses.

- Started as non verbal, then sign language, then pictures, finally verbal.
