WoW !!!

Do we have some tallented people here at DS or what ??

           First it was some Poetry written by a friend here. Poetry that made sense to those of us who hurt from a Chronic Condition. Poetry that often said words that we'd like to express but arn't able to put words together like she does.

    Then it was beautiful crocheted jewelry.......necklaces, bracelets, ankle chains, ear rings and such. Beautiful things that are very simple, which makes the all the more beautiful.

    And now, there is a friend here who makes these teesy little sculptured animals and such. Things that make you say Awwwwwww, and then I want one !!!  And also there is jewelry......different entirely, and so beautiful too.

   Bet there are others here who are gifted in ways that we will never ever know about. Friends who can paint, or knit, or do wood working, or other crafts. There might even be someone here who carves those big eagles and bears from huge chunks of wood with a Chain Saw. Those things make me stand in awe too. How can such an unwieldy tool like a chain saw make such beautiful things?? Bet there is someone here who has written a book, or a children's book. Maybe even had them published. And others who have the gift of a Green Thumb.......who grow themost beautiful beautiful roses or have a garden running over with wonderful wild flowers. Or the gift of making a wonderful meal out of things that just happened to be in the pantry. And those who can take a guitar or another instrument and bring the most beautiful music out of it. Music that reaches into your heart. And there are probably several here who sing too......their instrument is their voice. 

    Wouldn't it be a fun thing to know about things that our friends here at DS do as a hobby, or to occupy themselves when the chronic pain is so bad that you can't sleep, or do anything else. But, alas.......we will probably never know these things about our friends. For those that are truly gifted this way, don't go 'round bragging about things like this. They just accept their wonderful gifts, and share them with those they feel comfortable with.

   Would be nice to see tho............
