Close Self-Injury
I started in September 2007. I'm trying to stop but it's hard cause you know you really really want to but at the same time don't want to, so its really confusing.
Treatments
- Music Working / Worked
- Basically my life. But sometimes it makes me sadder =(
- Rubber Bands Somewhat Helpful
- I like to watch the welts and make cool designs. No blood tho =(
- Squeezing Ice Somewhat Helpful
- Its cold
- Talking Working / Worked
- You have to find someone to trust and confide in. Then it helps SO much
- Tattoos Working / Worked
- But only temporary ones lol
Close Panic Attacks
I get them when I get mad or annoyed... which is quite often. I get them for stupid reasons. Or sometimes for no reason at all. I cut to make it stop

- Self guided relaxation puts me to sleep when I can't shut my brain up
- Patience Not Working
- This is stupid! Patience makes it worse, just walk away
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- Brain is too clouded to think at all
