About Me
I have been living with PTSD since childhood but was not diagnosed until 1996, I was 37. Since then, I have had alot of therapy and tried several different medications. I take EC500 epilim as a mood stabilizer now but only when the going gets tough. After years of living with PTSD, I know what triggers it, I recognise the negative emotion that surrounds it and I know how better to deal with it ... although not always successfully:) I have been divorced and happily single for five years. I have three beautiful children ... now adults. My youngest daughter has two adorable girls aged nearly nearly three and 18mths ... they are pure joy!

My daughter has been addicted to meth for the past two years. She has been clean for ten weeks but not traveling well... im so scared, its so hard and i have no where else to go.
Treatments
- Detox Too Soon to Tell
- At the moment she is in a mental hospital ... she keeps trying to hurt herself. She has been hospitalized overnight five times in ten weeks. Her doctor put her on lexapro five years ago, after the birth of her stillborn son. She has never really dealt with the lose. Her doc took her off the lexapro about two weeks and put her on a mood stabiliser, epilim. She overdosed, hence the mental hospital. God, i hope they can help her ....will it never end?
