  thanks for the comment in my journal - i have a dog at the vets down with paralysis tick it was touch and go last night but got good news this morn and on the mend ... thanks for reading no wonder my mood was so low hugs jd :-)

  hey pepper how is WW going i am thinking of joining but dont know if i should start with meetings and move from there - my eating habits have gone down the drain and i cant seem to budge my weight at all - mind you some sports injuries arent exactly keeping me moving .... let me know how long you have been on it and whether you are online or not - i watched my mom losed weight thru weight watchers - i believe it is the healthiest program out there - shes a lifetime member hugs jd :-)
