About Me
I am a 25 year old female whom works full time and is going to school full time to become a social worker. I love and adore my friends and family... their wonderful. I have been with my boyfriend for the last 4 years he is the best =] I am hoping to be able to get a sense of comfort with these support groups knowing that I am not alone with this discomfort I live with everyday.

best to ask your doctor for a suitable dose of (amitriptyline- anti deppressant drug also used for pain) ! just makes your mouth a little dry ! better that than no sleep ?? i take it with no problems ! glyn.

I have neck and back pains along with head aches just about every morning when I wake up. It seems as if the neck and head pains are related. I also have fuzzy or smudged sight in my right eye and no peripheral vision.

alternating heat therapy and cold therapy can help. also a night guard or splint. and proper bite adjustment. avoid subs

Sorry you have TMJ problems going on. Has the dr evaluated your bite. Also some meds can make TMJ worse for some.

I have had TMJ for the last year and it's driving me crazy.. all these symptoms I experience is awful.. =[

- I took this for a couple of months it may have helped but I didnt follow through with it

- I have recently started this and it may help I am still testing

I have high anxiety it use to be real bad from age 19 to 22 but I have been on xanex for a while and it seems to relax me although I believe it gives me UTI's. But I am getting the hang of learning to deal with my anxiety.
