      I saw your comment on Cyndi's post about panic attacks. No, no one can actually die from a panic attack. It is actually excess adrenaline flooding into your system. It can make you feel very tired, which really sucks and it can wear out your body, but you won't die. Have you talked to your doctor about medication? I find that Inderal (propranolol) at low doses (10-20 mg) digests rapidly and stops panic attacks quickly. You can find more about propranolol at http://www.carrotofhope.org/articl...
