Close MRSA

It all started with a weird bump on the underside of my chin. Within 24 hours the entire bottom of my chin 3x its normal size. It took a week before the doctor incised and drain the abscess and 3 more before the culture confirmed MRSA and I was put on the right antibiotic. The worst day was when I kept smelling this nasty smell and was trying to locate the sorce. Then I realized that smell was coming from me!! The wound was oozing thick yellow pus. Yuk!

Biaxin Somewhat Helpful

Reduced the swelling but didint eradicate the abscess

Clindamycin Working / Worked

Added in second week to take with bactrim

Worked but infection spread to inside of my throat.
