I found a great used breadman ultimate bread machine. Its in great shape and I hope this will help me with the bread issue. My hunny is a bread man and so is my son. I know the only way Im going to do this right is totally removing the enemy! If I can find a bread recipe he likes and make my life simpler by throwing it in the bread machine every couple of days then I have made it over a major hurdle! 

also I found a great chip/cracker today! Its by Food Should Taste Good, its GF and is awesome.

  I have finally made up my mind to do the gluten free diet not just for me but my whole family. My daughter and son both need to be on this diet too. This is a total life change for us. Fortunately, I am in the middle of working on a whole life make over lol! It started with going back to school this past spring. The next thing I have chosen to work on for myself and my family is to get myself healthier. This came when we realized my daughter has celiac disease too. She needs this as much as I do. Even though she is only 2 we do everything together! When we plant our garden or cook dinner she is by myside and I think she is going to be what helps me keep on track! I am so excited to finally be taking this step. Im hoping to get healthier so that I have more energy to play with her!

  Today, I dusted off the GF books I bought a long time ago and did some research online about making those things I keep on hand all of the time. I'm going tomorrow to buy some tight sealed canisters for the different flours I will need on hand. I'm also looking into buying a bread machine so that we can have freash GF bread. Small steps but again this is a whole life change and it can be so expensive so I am taking it slow.

Hey guys Im back lol! I know I have been MIA for a while but i was swamped with work and school! So glad to be finished with the semester and am taking the summer off to spend time with my babies. All the work was worth it bc I made the deans list and managed to really yank up my gpa!
