I've had insomnia for years. I always try to get away from the pills but always go back to them in desperation.
Treatments
- Ambien Working / Worked
- No longer take them because they're too expensive.
- Lavender Working / Worked
- It's very relaxing.
- Valerian Not Working
- Didn't do a thing for me.
- Valium Somewhat Helpful
- This is the only thing I can afford. Some nights it works great and other nights it feels like I didnt even take it.
Open Tooth Grinding
I find myself clenching my teeth a lot during the day and while I sleep, I think I clench them all night. As a result, my bottom teeth are starting to move closer together and now I'm going to have to go get them straightened out again.
