I saw my therapist yesterday and she swears Im making great progress w/ my anxiety. At times I agree, some I do not but its always reassuring to hear a professional say it. We have concluded that my exercise is helping. Well, today is my first day on vacation. HURRAY!!! I woke up this morning and took my a$$ to the gym and worked out!! I felt great. Then I came home and slept some more. lol. My goal for the rest of the evening (its 9 pm) is not to eat anything else between now and bedtime. Ill let u know how it goes.

    I wish you all the luck with not eating until tomorrow AM - that's really tough for me...
    Have a wonderful vacation...are you just going to hang around and do 'stuff'? or do you have anything planned?

    Great ways to not eat at night. 1. get to a place where there's no view of the kitchen. 2. sip hot herbal tea. 3. chew gum 4. read a book 5. take a hot bath 6. paint your nails.

    I'm a nightime binger too. so I've thought of every way possible not to do it. If you are NOT on other meds you can try taking 5htp around dinner time. It suppresses the appetite. It's a herbal supplement. But you CANNOT take with other anxiety/depression meds.
