Hi everyone. Well it seems my last post was really scrambled and talking about my cats and all. I can be long winded. suppose that is why when the " Chatty Cathy" came out, and I was about 8 that it seemed it was made just for me. And that Chatty Cathy's name was spelled with a C to....very strange.
really have had a tension filled, frustrating few days. Well it all started last thursday. Went into the pushing myself mode and now this evening, I am actually feeling ok. Feel upbeat and like I kicked the monsters behind this weekend. Which monster? so many, right? the pain monster, the discouraging monster, the monster that won't allow me to do the simplest of things at times. Oh, right, that monster is OSTEOPOROSIS. smiles.. there are days when I know to do as little as possible. I am sure I am repeating myself. This morning, whoa, I was exhausted, hurting and just plain dragging. Actually I havent been on the go and going places or having to tend to things for a long while. I choked back the tears and kept plodding along. guess it helped. couldnt sleep a wink last night due to pain. got up around 5am and took my morning meds, couldn't wait a minute more then got a few hours sleep.
seems the coming of falls brings so much to us. has anyone noticed how are outlook, our moods and daily affairs shift, usually with more tension with the changing of the seasons? We all know what late summer is...ALLERGY time..big time. I have found thru my perseptions anyways, that we seem to get sick with bugs, such as colds during the four seasons..the spring and fall equinoxs seem to be more powerful and the summer soltice and winter soltice dont pack as much of a punch. I guess if we look at how the earth is changing and the last huge celebration of all the living things, the colors the majesty of the trees really offer us so many things. The winged ones will begin their fall migration, and many have already. Our robins always leave after their second brood as been raised up.
Fred..I am /well was into photography. I use my digital now, but was really into black and white and actually had my own dark room, about twenty years ago. I had a gift shop, and I did reproductions of old family pics for people. the then hubby took the pics of the pics and I did my magic in the dark room. LOVED it. I love to take pics. the digitals are great.
well all, I am tired and headed to bed...sweet dreams all and may the quiet slumber offer you a fresh new start come morning.
cathy
