  Have you talked to your doc about Abilify for an antipyschotic? It works for me with NO side effects whatsoever. I take it along with Lamictal.

  if i had drugs i'd stay on them. i've thought many times to do that but i can't even get into insurence with my phone phobias and utter lack of transportation. i haven't been on much either, would be if i could. had a 'major set back' of sorts today... stupid move but ya can't take back flesh wounds... blah. i'm glad to hear our excercising. i did that the other night and it was awesome. wish i had a place with a work out center. ttyl mayun, keep up the good stuff ;)
