  Hello Sweetheart, I am checking in with you today and hope that your getting on a bit better today. It seems so far that my connection situation is working better than usual pray it stays that way. Anyway, I hope you are getting some help and starting talking, I know it's scary honey but you must try. We are all here to help you but need you to take the first step and talk, it can be just a few words at first then, when things get better you can continue to talk.
