My 87 year old aunt has Parkinson's Disease, and is becoming more and more difficult to care for. My 85 year old aunt lives with her, as well as a home health aid that is there 24/7. She has begun hitting them when they try to give her her meds. We are looking for ideas of how to handle her.

      Treatments

Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
We spend a lot of time with her trying to make her do some things conversing with her and taking her out for rides.
      Lexapro Working / Worked
      Works somewhat
      Tarceva Working / Worked
Higher doses make her extremely paranoid or increase her dimensia.
