    • About Me

I'm 49, divorced, mother of two teenage boys, I've gone grey, and now sporting wrinkles. In my life I have been a daughter, a student, a wife and a mother mother. Now, I am finally just trying to be me. Even if I am no longer "perfect." I may be suffering with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, High Blood Pressure, Osteo Arthritis, Mitral Valve Prolapse, Hypopnea, Diverticulitis and now Sicca Syndrome to the list. But, if I could do all that I have over the years for others, I know I get through these problems too....I can be myself again even if I'm not like the original anymore.

    • High Five

      From ChronicIL October 18

Hi, I seen you've gone veg and are enjoying yoga. Great! I was raised veg and have been doing yoga most of my life. These 2 things provide a lot of "bang for the buck" in terms of good health. I rarely get sick, but unfortunately, I am having problems with neck and back pain. Yoga takes the pain level down a great deal and morphine does the rest. Take care!
