    • About Me

I'm a woman of 49. An addict in recovery. I'm diagnosed with bipolar1, PTSD, borderline personality disorder and OCD, high anxiety and insomnia (of course). I live with my husband who does a lot to help me out. I live in a small Gold-Country Tourist town at the 'foot-mountains' of mid-California. It's beautiful and lovely here. I couln't ask for any more than what blessings I have now.

    • Interests

My interest are taking care of my husband. I have four kitties - one of which I've had over 7 years who I saved her life. I love them all dearly. I love to take care of my home and Jeep - we like to drive around alot. We go to the Native American Casino here in Northern California and have fun. We both have our mothers still around and talk to them just about daily. I'm very close to all the medical care I get in this town. I love the town I live in. I have a wonderful life.

    • Close Bipolar Disorder

I do seem to take a lot of meds but they all work together to achieve the right balance. I feel 'normal' and behave normally with them than without them.

    • Close Family Issues

I need a support group. My 3 daughters are grown and only one speaks to me but not right now. Number 2 is homeless and won't come to live with me and the other hasn't spoke to me in 10 years. I hurt alot over this and think I should be in a group that I can share these feelings and things with.
