About Me
Married, mother of one daughter. Just diognosed with Diverticulitis in March 2008. Don't know but one other person that has Diverticulitis, so my family (including brother and sister) have no idea what it's about, really. I had no idea that it seems to "lurk around", some of the symptoms, even on a weekly basis! Drinking plenty of water helps a lot, sometimes just flusing my system with a lot of water at one time. So...glad to see a support group for this crappy, oh, pardonnaymoi, disease!

Thanks for the hug. I am ramping down from the meds today. Yippie! I worry I sound like I have answers when I do not. I am a searcher. Knowing others are worse than me is a surprise. Life is good. Best Wishes to you.

I feel for you. I just sit at work also. At this point it sounds appealing to me. Tired of sitting at home. At least at work, I get to see lots of people. Happy weekend to ya!

Great advice on the popcorn. I forgot about that. It doesn't get me but I have a relative who gets sick every time. -Bob

There are treatments for this?

- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Water lots of water. And sometimes an antinausea medication helps when it gets bad.
