this is sort of a thing i put to gether bout depression
im stuck
in the sea of life
im surronded by waves
of emotion
depression has taken over my life
im drifting further out to sea
the future
looks very bleak for me
the emotion is swurling around me
causing me to choke and splutter
i see seaguls flyin over head
as if there taken the mick out of me
and sqauking you nutter
its as if my boat has capsized
im beginning to drown
im going to die now in hopes my body will never be found
im stuck

I liked what you wrote but sorry your feeling so bad. You are not alone, as I know I have been dealing with some rough stuff myself. I think you did a good job with this though. If you ever want to talk, just let me know, I will listen. Take care of yourself and try to stay strong, although it is so hard at times.
