BHO promised to ONLY increase taxes on those making > $240k/year. Today with a 158% increase of Federal Tax on Cigarettes it became clear that smoking is truly only for the Rich. There will be NO new taxes on those making < $240k/yr so that must mean that only the Rich are smokers.
Cigarettes in Phoenix now cost $6.89/pack (more in Scottsdale - where the Rich live) ... I am GLAD to be a non-smoker !! (Even though I'm not Rich).

a packet of 25 cigs costs $15 in New zealand and its mostly poor people who smoke here
