  Sherry -- Thanks for the hug! Yes, I will be careful. Today was the first day I even attempted to sort through some of Jim's clothes.   I'm so sorry for your loss, Sherry. This is just a terrible time for you and for many of us in this group. There are no set answers. Sometimes I check into DS a few times a day and sometimes I go for weeks without looking at the site. Do whatever feels "right" for you at the time. As far as lawyers, I haven't even probated the will yet. Not up for it, I guess. I should do it soon though, I suppose. One baby step at a time. That is all any of us can do. Hugs to you.   Heres a hug, sorry we dont get to be in touch more, I know how you feel. Its 4 months for me today that my husband died and it feels like yesterday. I have made some movement in trying to move on, but it isnt easy, getting out meeting people, just trying to get thru the loniness.

  Hi there, Just wanted to drop you a note to say I know how you are feeling. It seems a lot of people just don't know what to say or how to act around us widows. Just having someone say "hang in there, we are here for you" means the world to me but don't give me suggestions on how I should feel or what I should be doing. I am so thankful for my DS friends as they are the only ones that really know what I am going through. Hang in there my friend. Gina

  Good morning Sheryl, how are you? Thank you for your kind message. There are days when I just wonder if it will ever get easier. Since my bad days out weigh my good days now. I really want to feel happy again it is just so hard. I hope all is well your way.
