Hi there..my name is Sharon ,and i`m from the uk....i noticed your comment in the panic attacks post by Cindi?
My daughter suffers from these..their a reaction to an awful ammount of family stress.....she tends to keep things inside ,hence the nasty panic attacks..
I`ve found remaining calm...reassuring her..distraction ,breathing into a paper bag (easy to carry with you ,should it occour whilst your out?)....All these ,.plus company help her to come back down again...
Anyways ,just wanted you to know you`re (obviously) not alone ,and i`m always here if you`d like help in any way??
