I am so happy, today is my one year anniversary for quitting smoking! I can't believe that I have not had a single cigarrette for a whole year! I am so proud of myself and I can really see and feel the benifits of quitting! Thank you to all of my friends and family for putting up with my moody days in the beginning! They really helped me come through!
