still smoke free Mood
Wednesday, January 14, 2009

I am really happy to say that I have not cheated... or even felt the urge to have a smoke now.

Looking back whilst going through the quitting process... it seemed hard and always felt like I wanted to just have a smoke... looking back now a couple of months later it doesn't seem as hard as it was and I am happy to say that I feel confident enough now to be around other smokers and not feel the urge to smoke. The thought does not even cross my mind.

The weirdest thing now is trying to remember what it is like when I used to smoke. All I can say to myself is I am so glad I don't do that anymore!

I am proud of me :)
