Chang unhealthy habits through focus and determination!
Exercising each morning/breakfast/7-10 min meditation. If I catch myself thinking about something I don't want I will immediately turn it into a positive aspirational thought to bring myself closer to what I desire. Casually stick to the zone diet, if I catch myself eating for any reason other than hunger I will stop immediately! I will blog each night to report my daily achievement and will reveal, in tidbits, the story of my heavy history.






So I' ve started and a few little ground rules that will help me stay focused and motivated and give me more time to sleep. I vow to not use facebook or download shows or fashion unless it's on a sunday for three months! If I can do this I will take myself to a tropical island for three weeks!!!!!!
