2 atypical nodules removed 1/07 .. totally benign; upon final biopsy found 2 small microcarinomas elsewhere in gland. Still have 4.0mm "stable" nodule on intact side. Long story, but other side still in .. 6 opinions .. 4 said keep in ok and 2 said remove other side. Fully encapsulated w/ no lymph node involvement.
Thyroid Cancer - Partial Thyroidectomy 1/07 & 6/07 Early Melanoma Removed. Both completely gone & healthy! Enjoy helping others who need support in many areas which I have experience and/or knowledge. Never Lose Site of Hope; Without Hope, there is No Chance for Optimism
My elderly mom has diabetes and is now on meds. Tests 2X a day via finger. I'm a member of DS since 7/08 and active in thyroid cancer .. want to learn about diabetes to help my mom manage better her condition.
