When things go wrong as they sometimes will; When the road you're trudging seems all uphill; When the funds are low, and the debts are high And you want to smile, but have to sigh; When care is pressing you down a bit- Rest if you must, but do not quit. Success is failure turned inside out; The silver tint of the clouds of doubt; And you can never tell how close you are It may be near when it seems so far; So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit- It's when things go wrong that you must not quit.

You are very welcome. I hope everything is going as well as can be for you.
I was dx'd three years ago but feel like I've had fibro most of my life. I was always tired and looking for places to sit down wherever I was. I haven't found anything over the counter or rx that has really helped significantly. I have found that gentle stretching has been most beneficial. I do it daily and often during the day. I feel like I know what the tin man must have felt like!!
OOOHHHH, it hurts.
My husband passed away in his sleep Aug 2007. It was expected/unexpected. He had been ill but had had a great day the day before. He had been unable to sleep in bed for quite some time, so he died on our couch. Found him not breathing when I woke up. I made the 911 call and sudennly there were a dozen paramedics, firemen and police in my living room trying to bring him back. I still have flashbacks when I hear sirens. I am thankful that he he looked very peaceful when I found him.
I have a friend who is a problem gambler. I'm seeking information so that I may offer support in his/her recovery.
I was married 7 yrs to Army vet and 37 years to USMC vet, both Viet Nam deployments. That would qualify me as a "veteran" myself! I spent a lifetime fight their "battles" with them. The PTSD was the enemy.
