UPDATED GOALS
i'm really ready to give up this whole "diet" thing.
there's bad foods all around me and for whatever reason, i can't seem to control my temptations.
in the beginning i was really strict with myself about what to eat and what not to eat.
but now it's getting harder when i thought it would be getting easier.
well, i've lost 22 pounds so far. but i can't seem to go below that.
i started at 158 and i'm 136; and it's staying that way. i've tried all the advice i get but the weight won't come off. and after reading the scale i get frustrated and all i want to do is eat but i can't.
it's so hard.






Don't gie up on healthy eating. 136 is a great weight for most of us. I don't know how tall you are, but if you're in the average range (5 feet, 4-8 inches, you're close to optimal weight!!! How great is that!!
