i'm really ready to give up this whole "diet" thing.
there's bad foods all around me and for whatever reason, i can't seem to …
Just checking in to see how the weight loss is coming.??
You worked hard to lose the weight, and you can do it again; do not listen to the little voice that says you can not do it again. Pick your self up, look in the mirror, look at the beautiful person looking back at you, and say you are worth it and you can do it. Keep your jeans hanging around for an inscentive to loose weight not as a reminder of what you have gained back. Everytime you see those jeans, say to yourself, "I will fit into you again." Good luck
You worked hard to lose the weight. I now. I lost 40 lbs and then gained them back. Be strong. Get back on track. You deserve to be healthy. Let's encourage each other. I'm starting a new group to lose weight together. Join me. :)
Who says it's stupid to help you out cause your a teen? That's dumb. Just make sure you stay balanced, be careful with extreme dieting and extreme amounts of exercise, you can seriously hurt your developing body. My little sis because anorexic at 15 and it got so bad she lost her toe nails. It is great that you are asking advice instead of just going along with what the media says.
Don't get down on yourself. Keep trying. Are you counting calories?? Don't beat yourself up if you slip. Just continue on your new eating plan(diet). The more you think about the slip- the more you will get upset the more you will eat the wrong foods. So just keep going one foot in front of the other. take baby steps towards your goal. you will get there it won't be next week but before you know it you will see a change.I was told to start the day with protein drink or 1 egg no starch--and eat about every 2 hours. hugs zecilkl

i've been slightly overweight for most of my life. about a year ago i finally decided to take control of my body and go on a "diet." i lost about 10 pounds and found myself back where i started. in may 2008 i started to watch what i eat and exercise more, and i've dropped 22 pounds so far. now, i'm just looking for some support for the days to come, since i want to lose 20 more.
