Thank you for your comments on my journal I appreciate your views. You're right about traveling alone, it is hard but you know baby steps. Good luck with any upcoming races, weather is getting warmer so its easier to head out for a good ol' long run.

Close Endometriosis
I had almost no symptoms. On a routine pelvic exam, the doctor felt what turned out to be large cysts. Had surgery in October 06, then 6 months of Lupron injections, now on continuous contraceptives (Junel)

Type: Compete in a raceI started running about 20 months ago. I've met most of my goals so far: 5K: 21:46 Half-marathon: 1:46:27 Now the pressure's on to run a marathon. First, I'd like to be able to run a 6-minute mile. Hard to focus on goals lately.
