Close Degenerative Disc Disease

32 year old female, married, 3 children ages 3, 4, 5. Chronic back pain since childhood. As a child my mother was told by doctors that they could not find anything wrong. Had MRI over weekend, discovered significant disc disease in the neck and degenerative and mild disc disease L5-S1. Really concerned about future pain, surgeries, etc.

- has worked during acute episodes, but never takes the pain completely away.
