LowBackLower Extremity Stretches For Fibromyalgi
The Pelvic Tilt seems like the easiest of all the exercises. It turned out to be the most important. I increased gradually from 10 seconds to 30 seconds then did only 3 for 60 secomds at the end. Good for the 2 tender points just below the waist.
