I went to see the diabetes doctor today with good news, my A1C is down .9 points. I was a 8.6 and drop to 7.7. Thats the good news.
Around a month ago I gained 5 pounds. Not changing anything, in fact maybe eating better that before. I went down to 1200 calories a day.
Now I see a personal trainer 3 times a week plus do cardio 3 times a week burning 500 calories. It's been a month and I did not lose a pound not even a 1/2 a pound.
I'm so frustrated. Saw my intern today got a great health report. He told me he doesn't know why I don't lose weight. The only he told me was that the insulin holds the carlories in my body. I don't know. I let myself get depress for a minute and than go on with life.
