About Me
Age 56. Breast cancer diagnosis in June 2007. Chemotherapy followed by surgery and radiation. Immunotherapy begun in March 2008. I have found a wonderful alternative clinic that offers therapy to build up the immune system, and that will be what helps me survive cancer. Diagnosed with osteoporosis in June 2008. Parents both have it too. I am now using a product called Osteodenx to rebuild bone. Great product! No side effects like the pharmaceutical drugs have.

Close Osteoporosis
Treatments
- Actonel Too Soon to Tell
- Osteoporosis diagnosed in June 2008 after fifteen years as osteopenic. Chemotherapy tipped the scales.
Close Breast Cancer
Stage: IIB (T3 N0)Diagnosed in June 2007. Had all the conventional treatment. Followed up with an outstanding alternative clinic that left the U.S. 35 years ago and went to the Bahamas. They have amazing results with immunotherapy. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to control their own survival from this terrible disease.
Treatments
- Adriamycin Working / Worked
- Hated it.
- Chemotherapy Working / Worked
- Not a big fan.
- Herceptin Working / Worked
- An easy drug to tolerate. No side effects. Expensive; good thing I have insurance.
- Radiotherapy Working / Worked
- Hated it as much as chemo.
- Surgery Working / Worked
- My surgeon was an angel. She spared me a mastectomy, then spread out my healthy tissue to leave me with a nice, but smaller, breast. Gave me clean margins too.
- Taxotere Working / Worked
- Doesn't cause the neuropathy that Taxol causes, but like Taxol it damages veins.
- Immunotherapy Working / Worked
- This is the only therapy that really makes sense! I give myself shots everyday like a diabetic and my immune system is now able to do the job it could not do before I got cancer.
