Well I finally did it I broke the 175 I am so proud of myself I just needed to remember that Halloween was really around the corner and I'm putting myself to the challenge today I was craving something sour so I had a pickle with some chamoy I wonder if it's okay to eat pickles. Well I'm almost close to 170 3 pounds away and i know that thanksgiving is coming and im going to want to buy something nice to wear so i'm really going to push myself to be 160 by then. Hopefully after that my goal by chrismas to be 150 and of course more but just setting my goals for this month. I just have to take my time and be patient. I am so happy that i have not given up and just went all the way back up to 197 with all the slips i made during the process but, i know there will be more and i just can't give up i have to keep going and its okay to treat urself once in a while.

Glad to see you back! Good job with your diet. It is always difficult during the holidays. I have to start back up as well. I am buying an exercise bike to help me along. Happy New Year!
